We select Research Associates on their ability to contact people on the telephone who we typically do not know beforehand. You must be able to find names of potential candidates who could be our targets. You need to get through the “gate keeper” (that is what we call receptionists, switchboard and secretaries) to present and sell a job opportunities that will inspire the potential candidates.

Do you want to work with me?

Great recruiters make it happen through hard work, making the right calls, build relationships and interact with candidates.

I am hiring more Research Associates (who later become Associate Consultants) since we are more than busy. We had a fantastic year 2008, but even on that background, we are doing better these first 7 months of 2009. Who said crisis?

On our Careers page you can see all the details what it takes. For the Research Associate, here. And for Associate Consultant, here.
