Candidate Care is two incredibly important words in our firm. We know that only one person is successful in a search: the one hired by our client.
The other 99% of the candidates must now be informed that it was not to be this time.
But how do you make them talk about the hiring process as the most professional any headhunter has ever provided – despite being disappointed for not being the preferred candidate?
It’s always a challenge to bring this disappointing message to any candidate, who has used several annual leave days to be absent from current work in order to meet with us and then later with our client.
- Candidate Care means that you will be updated weekly on the status.
- It means that you will get professional advice including interview tips before meeting our client.
- It means that we go to extremes to ensure you will still be positive about the experience – even if you were not the candidate offered the job by our client.
Many candidates that we have worked with over the years, very often become our clients when they need to recruit someone for the management. They appreciate the value we bring to the process of managing the candidate experience (based on their own experience).
